Full lawn care for your unit is provided, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, shrub and tree pruning, fertilization, pest control, cleanup and irrigation services. No additional landscaping may be added to any unit.
• The association’s preferred vendor will install mulch on a regular basis.
• The association’s preferred vendor will conduct regular, system-wide irrigation inspections.
• Service requests received by the association will be immediately directed to the association’s preferred vendor for corrective action.
